Code Logical started sales of a tool “ANTIDOTE for PC HTML Protector” made by Vintage Solutions that protects texts and images posted on Web pages from unauthorized use. It is a tool that embeds JavaScript into HTML files to prohibit operations such as printing pages and copying data. All you have to do is publish the HTML file with embedded scripts to the Web server, and it does not depend on the type of Web server.
The JavaScript embedded in ANTIDOTE for PC HTML Protector encrypts the source code of the page so that it cannot be seen even if it is displayed. In addition, you can print the page to print only blanks, or prevent text on the page from being selected with the mouse. Pages protected by this tool can be viewed on PCs with Windows 95 or later operating systems, Internet Explorer 5.5 or later with JavaScript enabled, or Netscape 6.2 or later browsers installed.
